A three-hour party will be held at the Palate Palette Restaurant & Bar on the 14th of March 2010 to celebrate the birth of CUTOUT, the latest local graphic design magazine from Malaysia. CUTOUT, which is published quarterly and offers graphic design and pop culture topics, will be revealing the highly-anticipated cover of the 2nd issue during the launch. Hence, we are delighted to invite you to attend CUTOUT’s launch party to witness and be part of the magazine’s significant beginning.
Vivian Toh, publisher and editor, said “There’s nothing quite like CUTOUT that trails the progress of the local design scene and we would like to fill up that gap with a quality publication that does just that. After a thorough research into the market segment and readers’ needs, CUTOUT is written with the designer in mind while completely presenting the magazine. For the first time, CUTOUT aims to entertain, inform and inspire the readers as well as to create more buzz within the design community so that one can grow to become a better designer.”
An estimate crowd of 200 guests including the media, industry people, friends and readers of CUTOUT will be attending the launch party. Performing with us on the night will be the Eclectic Botz DJs, Krazee Duck and the MYo Club. Show starts at 4.00pm until 7pm.
